Seriesensei is a technical demonstration and educational project. It showcases the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and the LangChain library for movie and TV series recommendations.

• No Warranty: The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uptime, data persistence, or continuous availability.
• Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

• Accuracy: While we strive for quality, AI models can occasionally generate incorrect, misleading, or offensive information ("hallucinations"). You should verify any factual information independently.
• No Professional Advice: The recommendations provided are for entertainment purposes only.

4. Third-Party Data (TMDB)

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Metadata, images, and content descriptions regarding TV series and movies are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). We claim no ownership over the movie/series data displayed.

5. User Conduct and OAuth

• You may access the service using your Google Account via OAuth.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer the application or flood the API with excessive requests.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seriesensei and its creators (MojaLab) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated content.
